Bujska pivovara started its journey in 2012 as the dream of a few enthusiasts: brothers Simon and Goran Grbac, and their cousin Marko Biondić, lovers of good beer and the rich heritage of Istria. Inspired by the rich history of the Buje region, we decided to create something special - a beer that reflects the spirit of Istria, combining tradition, gastronomy, and innovation.
Our story began in 2012 with a relatively modest production capacity of 1000 hectoliters. Through years of dedicated work and innovation, we have continuously grown and improved our processes. Thanks to continuous growth and investment in technology, today we pride ourselves on a new facility built in 2023, which enables the production of 15,000 hectoliters.

With the most modern equipment and technology, every step of production is carefully guided to ensure top-quality and consistent flavor.
